Writ of Possession

So You Won Your Eviction Case, Now What?

Simply winning your eviction case doesn't mean that your tenant is out. That is where a Writ of Possession comes in. Fill out the form to give us the details of your case and complete your order. All you need to do from there is to provide a moving crew to remove your tenant's belongings on "moving day". We will handle everything else.

Our Writ of Possession Service Includes:

  • Filing the Writ at the courthouse and paying the filing fee
  • Coordination with the Constable's office
  • Representation on-site to meet the Constable
  • New front and rear locks
  • A lock box that we will leave the new keys in at the front door
  • Pictures to document the process and the condition of your home
  • Supplies (e.g. trash bags)
