Writ of Possession

So You Won Your Eviction Case, Now What?

Simply winning your eviction case doesn't mean that your tenant is out. That is where a Writ of Possession comes in. Fill out the form to give us the details of your case and complete your order. All you need to do from there is to hire a moving crew to remove your tenant's belongings on "moving day" and a locksmith to replace the locks. We will handle everything else.

Our Writ of Possession Service Includes:

  • Filing the Writ at the courthouse and paying the filing fee
  • Scheduling with the Constable's office
  • A representative on-site to meet the Constable*
  • Pictures to document the condition of your property*

*These services do not apply to property managers with multi-unit pricing.
